Thank you Hollywood for the detail posting of the numbers of set sold.
We should expect orders of another 25K to 50K sets max so the final mintage will be in the range of 250K to 280K (around 2006 set or a little more) but probably not gonna breach 300K mark. Still a low number when compare to standard W proof coins.
Base on the above numbers, who will order additional sets? How many?

The final tally for today is 243,226 sets sold. There's 1 day left to go. I would say the number for tomorrow should be around 280,000 sets. However, just like the 2012 set, we will not know the exact final mintage for another few months. The quality should be a lot better than last year set though.
Last chance for anyone else haven't make up their mind.

Quote: I just got an email from Gold Mart saying the reduced their price for the graded 2013 set ($290/set for PCGS and $240 for NGC). That's $40-$60 reduced per set. 2013-W Enhanced uncirculated first year of issue,For $240 ngc early release 70 wow you could submit 10 sets and not get a complete 70 set or you could buy almost two raw sets from the mint for that price, What to do I think the west point mint has a verry verry high quality control standard.https://goccf.com/t/122103Sales Update ! http://mintnewsblog.com/2013/06/201...in/#comments

These should no doubt have a higher number of 70s than the SF sets, but there hasnt been a RP 70 that hasnt picked up value over its initial sale price yet.
For 290 I say just buy the 70 set and dont bother chasing it. The ones last year were selling for almost double their initial release price for the 70s last time I checked

The 1995 W isn't a good comparison, that one had an insanely low mintage because you had to buy the gold set to get it

I like the fact that these two ASE's are indeed unique to this set (for now?). Figure a final mintage of somewhere between 250k-275k after returns and adjustments, and that this set contains the first ever "enhanced" ASE...along with a Reverse Proof...... I think one is definitely a good buy. The set should hold its value.

Completed my order for one set. I would have liked to have purchased two or more but I don't have the funds for that right now. I'm a new collector and this is my first purchase from the mint. I'm excited about this set. All I need now is the burnished and proof for the complete year set.

This should be a pretty cool set, it's like getting two reverse proofs.

Now if only the US Mint continue to churning out sets every year (good stream of revenue). Next up: Denver Mint and we have a complete run of RP ASE from all currently operating mint.
