It is very hard to tell much from the blurry photo, but I don't see anything which immediately says fake to me. The coin is in pretty bad shape. The surfaces are pitted uniformly, in some places deeply and the coin is clipped. The sun face is clear but rays are not and the sundial is barely recognizable. It is hard to identify which type this Fugio is, maybe you could with the coin in hand. However, these are expensive coins, and low grade examples are still collectible. Still if you are going to invest in one of these I would go for one with better surfaces, which will satisfy most collectors, and buy from a knowledgeable dealer with a good reputation. A good way to tell if the dealer is knowledgeable is to ask him which type it is - Breen lists 46 different types including patterns and re-strikes. For early coppers, good surfaces are very important to valuation.
