64RB with a shot at 65RB, I can't read the luster from that pic, it's over-exposed.

I think it graded MS-65 RD though it's a borderline RB/RD.

Few nicks both sides, and the 'M' in 'AMERICA' is a bit knocked up. Rims OK I disagree with MS66. I think MS63. The grader missed that bashed up 'M'! Certainly not MS66, anyway.
One thing you can depend on with Aussies: we are a reasonably forthright bunch. Say it like it is. Perhaps explains why Australian diplomats are not as skillful as our American counterparts. You have had a century more to develop your culture than we have.

 and why I won't trust any copper coins with NGC. Not to knock the OPs coin, but I think NGC gets copper coins wrong as often as they get them right, both PCGS and ANACS seem to be pretty darn good on grading them. I went MS64RD because I thought NGC might have overgraded a point or so, being us versus them contest.
