I believe this one has been cleaned, however, take a close look at the reverse letter doubling. is this true doubling or what caused this? does this coin have additional value because of this? Please respond with grading, condition and opinions on the double letters and possible valuation.

It is pretty bright and appears to have been cleaned recently. I am fairly certain that this is an example of Longacre Doubling.

Nice AU-50 details coin. Sure does look cleaned. Reverse appears to be a little weakly struck also, but obverse is razor sharp.

thanks for the links oih82w8. very interesting and I can see what is happening here with the doubling surrounding the letters rather than a true double strike which would be offset

I would have to go with 'cleaned' as well.
Slight wear on the high points, especially on the reverse.
AU50, cleaned.
