My guess on the details is xf-45,but may have re-toned after an old cleaning.

EF-45, but AU-50 would not surprise me. That's a great looking capped bust half.

All were good guesses. I originally though EF 40 maybe EF 45 so I was happy , but looking at all the responses maybe I shouldn't be happy. Love the coin.

I was going to guess EF-45 before seeing the slab. The coin has the wear of a EF-45 or AU-50. It seems to have a bit of luster around the stars and possibly the lettering but for the amount of wear, not quite enough for an AU grade. Very pretty coin!
