I believe they are supposed to weigh 5.67 grams.
How much do they actually weigh?
What range is possible?

In what condition?
Fresh from the mint, the variation should be very small, perhaps a tenth of a gram ; but a circulated copper could be worn quite a bit. Silver pieces were typically withdrawn after they had lost some amount of weight (in the US, 5%), but coppers when the date became indistinguishable.

I would say 5.67g like it's Australian counterpart: http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1564.html
http://www.sterlingcurrency.com.au/...nwealth-coin mentions 5.11g to 5.90g as the weight range for some Australian mule halfpennies, but I think quality control would have been higher at The Royal Mint and the weight range would have been tighter.
