panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18657 Posts	Posted 08/01/2013 11:47 am well...here's my non-expert opinion. obverse EF45, reverse VF35. net EF40. the surfaces appear dull and lifeless indicating to me that the coin had been dipped. Report this Post to the Staff

There are a few straight lines I see on the obverse that could indicate a harsh cleaning. In my opinion, a fair offer would be based on the extent of the "damage" from cleaning than just the grade.
