I bought a lot of 10 1961 proof-like sets at the March Nuphilex this year, and inside one of those sets, was this cameo gem. 1961 was the first year for pliofilm proof-like sets, and most times, the plastic yellows and the cent tones to a deep wine colour. These sets were stored in excellent environmental conditions, and the cents from these sets were beautiful. I resold most sets, but then I spotted this cameo gem, and set it aside. I just got it back from ICCS. Tied with one other, as the highest graded. A nice upgrade to the small cent collection. (FYI - Those marks are on my flatbed scanner, not the coin).
