It does not look cleaned to me but I am not convinced it is MS. I would say high AU, possible slider. Very nice  !

the area that bothered me was the front of the crown and the hair under it. not sure if it was from strike or a little circulation. the obv surfaces look a little flat

I don't believe they are rim dings - I think the obverse die is ever-so-slightly misaligned to give it the very minor rim Cud between the 8th and 9th star.

Look unc to me. Not the best strike, but not bad either. Is that the true color?
