jg86 Pillar of the Community Canada 686 Posts	Posted 08/22/2013 1:05 pm If you look at old copper coins, you can get a sense of how they typically tone. They usually go red to brown. Yours shows some green in it, which is likely a result of the coin being cleaned at some point (possibly an acetone bath) Report this Post to the Staff
