upstate Pillar of the Community United States 3283 Posts	Posted 08/30/2013 06:50 am Due to the carbon spot on the obverse and discoloration on the reverse, I'm thinking MS62. My first thought was finally an actual small date (we see a lot that are not). The loop of the '9' is not aiming at the bottom of the '7', the 'E'and 'T'are weak, the '7' appears high. Possibly the downward slash of the 7 isn't as blocky and flairs at the bottom? What are you seeing Thad? Report this Post to the Staff

You can't always go by "weak liberty" some strikes are stronger than others and some large dates have weak a weak liberty. Report this Post to the Staff
