Hi Everyone,
I was given this coin in change and dont quite think it is PMD, there is a very distinctive cut along one side of the coin, and it does not affect any detail to the rest of the coin.

Most PMD I've come accross is fairly obvious or distorts some text on the coins etc. I remember reading somewhere about the end of a run may clip short certain coins but I'm not sure if this is the same thing. Anyhow please see the photos attached and any thoughts would be welcomed. Thanks!

Hi Matt_J, the edge looks too smooth to be a end of a bar clip to me,really need better photo's so we can see if there is fishtailing on the letters on the obverse.

Looks way too smooth to me as well. I'm pretty certain its PMD. Close up non fuzzy photos of the lettering around the missing edge would help confirm.
