I reported it as a raw coin that the seller was listing as not only graded, but OVER graded by several grades. I'll keep an eye on it to see if ebay pulls it. It says that grades must be certified by an approved TPG company to use it in the title or description.
If this isn't a case of someone giving a coin a grade it didn't deserve, I don't know what is.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!
To my knowledge, You are allowed to put a letter grade(F,VF, etc.) but if it has a number(F12,VF35, etc) That is not allowed. I learn from past experience.
