to CCF fellow Michigander. It does not look like a DDO to me,it looks like deteriorated die aka worn die and maybe some Machine Doubling (MD). I am not a pro so wait for more inputs.

Not a Doubled Die. Although better pictures would help out a lot in the future. I am seeing Machine Doubling and or Die Deterioration Doubling.
