It is not DDO-001. 001 is unmistakable.

Notice the Doubling is not flat shelf-like? It is the same thickness and same height. That is how you can tell the difference between a true Doubled Die and Machine Doubling (and other forms of doubling)

Sorry it's not a good one xxxxxx and welcome. There are many lettering extremes without being actual DDs. Check out this 1972 cent of mine.
