Alganbagerap's values are a little outdated; This NGC page shows current values. However, a coin collector isn't going to want this particular coin anymore, because it's been turned into jewellery - and not particularly expertly done, judging by how off-level the mounting is. Notwithstanding any premium a jewellery enthusiast might pay, there's about $18 worth of silver in the coin alone, plus whatever the chain and bezel might be made of. So it certainly isn't worthless.
