I think its a little stronger at EF40. The coin appears to have been cleaned a long time ago. Most likely would pull a details grade. Nice

IMO, I would grade this VF-30. An old cleaning is a definite possibility. I do like the off-center strike, though...

Jeffrose!  I agree with an Overton of O-103 (R2). (The obverse die crack is a pretty clear give-a-away, IMO!)
