Nice cherrypick for sure, I see a small rim ding at 10:00 on the reverse and some digs also, so they might detail this coin, hopefully not. I'd go VG10 or F12, I have a nice VG8 example in an older ANACS blue holder that looks like this one with a touch more wear. The tailbar is a cool variety.

If the rim ding (which I didn't notice until just now) is bad, I may return it. Otherwise, I'm probably breaking even at what I paid even with VG details. Really hoping it slides into a F12, but I know that's doubtful at best, especially given it's going to PCGS in due time. Seller had it as VF, rofl.

I think it's a technical F12 coin that may or may not get a clean label. What do you think ran through the person's mind when he gouged that die?

Nice cherry pick on the variety.

Worker was probably like "Oh crap! Hey Eli will anybody notice this?" And that guy was probably thinking "He just got a long tail."

I don't think the rim ding is that bad.

If it were mine I'd call it a F 12....and I'm sure the bump is magnified on here would probably slab cleanly.

I have the obvious at F12 and rev at F15. Gotta go with 12 since the obv is a little chewed up
