Abe's coat detail is indistinct, and the detail at the tops of the wheat ears is completely gone. I would guess that the heavy patination has hidden a lot of scratches.
An honest coin. VF20. British system would grade this at nearly Fine.
Book says nearly half a million of these were struck, but I guess that the actual number is less, because the book value is so high. Same with the Australian '23 halfpenny, over a million reported struck by Mint, but estimated perhaps only 15,000 actually exist.

Larger pictures would help but from what I can make out, I will guess EF-40. An EF-40 has a value of around $900.

If the Wheat ears are worn then it's only VF15 or lower I can't tell from the pics.

I found a grading site for LWC's Reverse, for F12: "Most detail in the wheat stalks is visible. The lines at the top of the wheat stalks are worn, but most are clearly separated". Perhaps pictures with a little more detail may be of help.

NGC graded this a VF30 BN with the CAC sticker. I'm working on taking better pictures, but this is the best I could take. I'm still practicing and this is a work in progress for me....
I thought it should have graded a little higher than this.

It looks nice for a VF30 and easily could have gone VF35. About an $800 piece as-is.

I like it as an EF40. I see why CAC stickered it.

Would you think about resubmitting to NGC or PCGS?

I had I it at Vf35. With a weak obverse I can see why CAC knocked it to 30. I would not have it regraded

Quote: Would you think about resubmitting to NGC or PCGS? I'd think about it but I probably wouldn't. It's fine the way it is with the CAC sticker. Not worth the cost because I'd cross it over to PCGS.
