The Emperors of the East and West The Senior West Emperor and Junior East Emperor. It does reflect the oppositeness. I like it. FR.

I'm still confused

Quote:
Diocletian, Senior Tetrarch and Augustus of the 'East'

Quote:
Galerius, Junior Tetrarch and Caesar of the East second to Diocletian

Can you 'splain it to me again, using small words and speaking slowly?

Edited to add-- Thanks for spelling it out for me, FR. Summary corrected.

Quote:
Augustus of 'East' issued by Caesar of 'West'
Caesar of 'East' issued by Avgustus of 'West'

Alrighty, it's quittin' time!

Entry time is over. Time to vote. Please take time to review the entries. Might be harder for you to choose for this contest because it is less about condition and more about representing oppositeness. You can vote even if you didn't enter.

But as always, vote however you want-- it's your vote. Votes accepted until Monday, October 21, 6 p.m.

Here's a summary of the 22 entries with links to the posts. Entrants-- if I have erred in my summary or misrepresented your intent, please post to correct me :)

Sorry was otherwise occupied .....

Pretty lame but I will try to 'splain it

Augustus of 'East' issued by Caesar of 'West'
Caesar of 'East' issued by Avgustus of 'West'

Would have worked better perhaps with Aug of 'West' issued by Caesar of 'East' but the brain was in low gear !
