Hi I have 47 out of the 140 kinds of wheat pennies not including proofs and errors. All of them are CRH or circulation finds. Post yours! 1916 1917 1919 1920 1924 1925 1928 1929 1930 1935 1935-S (better date) 1936 1937 1938 1940 1941 1942 1942-D 1943 Steel 1944 1944-D 1944-S 1945 1945-S 1946 1947 1948 1949 1949-S 1950 1950-D 1951 1951-D 1951-S 1952 1952-D 1953 1953-D 1954 1954-D 1955 1956 1956-D 1957 1957-D 1958 1958-D I consider a better date to be 10-50 million mintage A semi-key date is 2-10 million A key date is 0.5-2 million The key the series is less than 0.5 mil (1909-S V.D.B)

I would post all the dates, but I'll keep it simple and say I have them all, except for the 1922 no "D" and 1955 doubled die. I don't really focus on or collect error coins.

Everything except 1909-S VDB and the '22 no D. Have all proofs from 1975 and up as well.

I am assembling a second set of circulated cents, and in that set I still need the following:
1909-S 1909-S VDB 1911-S 1912-S 1914-D 1924-D
These are also ones I have in my mostly BU set, so if I upgrade them to BU before I get them by other means, the circulated ones from the BU set will go into my second set.

I'm doing a set from 1935 to 1958 in uncirculated and everything below that in at least XF (keys are gonna be 'what I can get' and 'upgrade later as possible') So far, I'm doing all right on keys and semi keys, which I'll note below, but otherwise I've almost got all my 35-58 in ms63 or better and just a handful of 09-34. To start the set, I bought a 59-2011 in ms65 on ebay so that's all taken care of (sans the 70s sm dt). I got the Dansco 8100 so proofs will happen down the road and I got an extra page for the 36 to 64 range too. Keys/semi-keys - 09s (f) - 10s (vg) - 12s (vg) - 15s (vf/au) - 26s (vf/au) - 31s (strong au55/58) Have fun putting it all together! This is by far my favorite set to build because it's HUGE and there are some really great dates to search for.

Okay, being motivated by Fuzzy317, I have scanned my wheat portion of my Lincoln Cent set. I also put pics of the close-ups of the 1909 VDB, 1909-S, 1909-S VDB, 1914-D and 1931-S. It was my childhood dream to finish this set, and now that I have done so, I am working toward making this a completely BU set, though that will obviously be a lengthy endeavor. By the way, I like your wheat set, Fuzzy! 1909 VDB 1909-S VDB 1909-S 1914-D 1931-S

Nice sets! I will keep it simple as well... I lack the big three, 1909-S VDB, 1914-D, and 1922 Plain.
