That is one trick pony. I'll guess AU55 but it has a shot at MS if the obverse rubs go as bag wear. The reverse looks fully MS for this date and likely choice MS.
Hair on Liberty is a tiny bit dull indicating some very small amount of wear. The various small nicks about the fields are consistent with a tiny amount of wear. ASU58.
These large soft coins are very sensitive to wear and nick degrading.
Luster is essentially intact across the fields on both sides which makes me agree with an MS grade. The numerous abrasions account for the MS-60 although I think it has a lot of eye appeal for that lowest-possible mint state level. PQ for the grade, I suppose, and a solid deal at the price IMO.
