I'm hoping someone might be able to look at these extremely bad photos & give an opinion. I'm not going to get into why I'm interested other than to say this coin is part of a lot. Best I can tell from the pics provided by the seller the other coins in the lot are genuine. I'm reasonably certain this coin has been holed/repaired, but I'm not confident it's genuine. The photos were taken with the coin in a black plastic holder.

Hard to say for sure with these photos. Just a guess with what I can see, Fine-15 details, cleaned and damaged.

I see a coin that's not worth much whether it's genuine or not. Realistically? A holed/plugged/cleaned common date Bust Half is worth about $20 to most.

P.S. It looks genuine.

For $60-$100 a collector can get a nice well circulated example without major problems. I just don't see much of a market for holed/plugged Capped Bust Halves unless it is at bargain basement pricing. A dealer in my town has a few similar coins in his inventory that he hasn't been able to sell for years.

This coin is part of a small lot I can resell at a profit. I can easily sell this coin at $20-25 as long as it's genuine. Combine that with what I can make on the rest of the lot & it's worth buying. If it's fake I'd still make a profit, just not enough to justify buying the lot.
