I've actually disliked the mint set packaging since 2007. I guess it might be worth buying these sets if you want to turn a profit.

So is the SAE from West Point but the other dollars are Philly?

The four Presidential dollars are from Phila, the Native American dollar is from Denver and the ASE is from West Point

One thing that helped the 2012 Set was not just the 28,368 OGP packaging number, but that all of the Uncirculated coins in the Set were Sold Out from other options by the time the Unc. $1 Set sold out itself.
