Its 1944S - Older NGC graded MS67 and didnt get FB designation......Its as close as you can get I think and not get it? Thoughts? Or am I on sumthin?

 that was a mistake. That is definitely full bands. Don't know what they were thinking...

It sure is close. It looks like a slight break at the top and a small nick that may have held it back.

or you said it is an old holder at the time it may not have used "FB"

I think the nick on the middle band did that coin in as far as FB goes.

NGC requires that the bands are fully split and rounded, this coin has some weakness on the right side of the split and the bands are flat.

They must have relaxed their standards because I've seen some lately that just aren't. This looks better.

Lower set of bands has a clear bridge. No FB.  Could be a lighting issue or something, though.
