I've for a couple Morgan's with similar, a actually almost identical marks, one in the same area and two on the obverse behind the head. planchet flaw? I'm at 63 on this one as well. FadeToBlack Pillar of the Community 1751 Posts	Posted 11/17/2013 6:40 pm Minor planchet flaws are not technically supposed to affect grade, but with one like that, given the size, it draws the eye away and has a lot of negative eye appeal, hence why I went 3 instead of 4.
