Unfortunately I agree with the others as well. Mint mark doesn't match up at all, it's quite off. I'd also agree with glued, & to try acetone, you can actually see where the D has shifted over the years. In all honesty not trying to sound like a bummer but I wouldn't spend the money to send it in, it's quite off, and you can see the "path" the D's traveled, I don't know how a dealer could miss it.

Well, darn. I appreciate everyone letting me know. Better than getting told by a TPG company. I guess I'll have to buy a lowball '16-D just to complete the set.
