It doesn't really look like MD as it is missing the shelf-like appearance but, I'm guessing it must be. What do you all think? All help and opinions will be appreciated, thanks!

The line I see on the upper left of the D makes me think it is doubled.

I'm on the fence on this one. The area we question is towards the rim. The direction that die wear happens. So while it appears taller in the images, how much is the reflection making this look as though something is there? I would hang onto it for now and when you submit some coins to send into coppercoins.com, you might ask about this one. The area on the upper "D" looks interesting, but it would take a hands on look to see if it is really hub doubling.
