I'm thinking high VF details. Looks like this may have been a dug coin and. Someone took a brush to it. That harsh cleaning will knock the value way down

some light surface corrosion and the darker color suggest a possible dug coin. VF30 details from me on this one.

I see an old ground find with scratches. VF-Details.
Overall I find it attractive and I think it is the mouse variety.

The coin does have the die chip on the head. I'm not sure what that means exactly since I am not familiar with Newcomb die states and rarities. If someone can help shed some light on mine it would be appreciated!
