Looks like a slider to me. Maybe AU+ and maybe low MS. Tough call on a nice coin.

Does it have any cartwheel luster?

My gut says MS-55.

Based upon on three pictures I would say AU-55 noting Mr. Lincoln's cheek and jaw. This is an example of a picture being worth a thousand words though. If I were looking only at the second picture I would think the coin was cleaned. On any copper coin makes sure when you are photographing that you do not flood the coin with light. When you post multiple pictures of a copper coin, especially on an online, make sure the first obverse and reverse picture in the series gives as close as possible to the in the hand look.

To answer BadThad's question, there is luster on the coin, but it is rather weak with no cartwheel luster to speak of.

The top photos best represent the color of the coin and look in hand. The bottom photos were taken at an angle to show more details of the coin.
