rotated nickel
are you talking about a nickel with rotated dies? We would need pictures for grade and to judge degree of rotation.

Images are always helpful. You might put the coin rotated horizontally on the obverse in a 2X2 and put one staple at 6:00. Then post images of it showing it in the holder showing the staple location to see how it is rotated. U.S. Coins are rotated 180 degrees different that the opposite side. Canadian coins are in medal alignment with the top of both sides being at 12:00. So images would be a help. Some rotation is common, by 45 degrees and more are collectables.
