After club business - review of last meeting minutes, secretary report, new business, meeting was concluded.
Next up was the auction. Smattering of everything, but only 7 lots. 1859
IHC in low XF (had a bruise on the neck) did not sell. 1914 S Lincoln in Fine - sold. 1916 Buffalo in high XF (a little baggy) sold - I did bid on this - was a nice coin to look at. Cleaned commemorative half was a no sell. Early Canadian dime (don't remember date) sold.
After that, the dealer that belongs to our club bought and sold a few items. Nice UNC roll of
Franklin halves was purchased by him - pleasant end toning on one was a pleasure to look at. Some 5 oz Bullion US Mint Washington's were purchased by club members as well. Several other raw and slabbed coins were purchased by other members.
He forgot some nice
Washington quarters that I might have purchased for my set, but all was not lost. 1941 and 1942 proof
Washington quarters found their way home with me. Once is in a older green label PCGS slab.
