Kind of a related story. Travelled out of town for a DR appt for my wife. By chance, this also happens to be the SAME town my coin dealer's shop is in. Needless to say, after appt, I stayed at the shop and wife went to get her nails done.

In a tube, in a box of Buffalo nickels, were some UNC 38 D's. 8 to be exact. EVERY one is a D/D variety. About doubles the value.

Come on, did you buy the 8 and what did it cost you? Funny how the wife's business is always in the town or nearby a coin dealer's place. That's good advanced planning.
