May I please have your opinions on this capped dime: grade? cleaned/not cleaned? attribution.

Attribution wise, I have it down to JR-13, R-2. But I am really not knowledgeable enough about the dime series to say this with certainty.

Many thanks in advance,

I think it was cleaned because of the white spots on the coin but I'm no expert

XF-40ish. Looks like it might have been cleaned years ago and has toned back nicely. Of course it's a tough call based on pics.

Ok, thanks for your comments, so far.
I have shot a few new pics, probably the lighting conditions were too poor so early in the morning.

Hopefully these are better.

really Dave? This looks more like an XF to me, and I think I am seeing quite a bit of luster too.

Shield makes me go vf 35 but it could be that I look at a couple hundred bust halves every other day and they really are different when it comes to grading
