...a struck through. Is this a satin finish coin? There are many of the satin finish Presidential dollars with thin, long struck throughs.

Possible struck through thread/wire. Depending on how large they are.
A die crack is raised from the coin.

Very cool that would be my first struck through, its part of an uncirculated set so is has a plastic cover on it

Not a whole lot. Some may shy away from it as it is a coin distraction. But when they are stronger, interest picks up.
