Who sells Ike dollars, & Kennedy halves at flee markets?

We sold circulate Eisenhower's and Kennedy halves, for more than face. Beats taking them to the bank.

BU Ike and Kennedy coins were a hit, at more money.

We do not need to rent a whole booth.
My ace in the hole, is selling Arrowheads and Lances,
with the coins.

Coins and Arrowheads only require about 2 foot by 2 foot table space.

I have about $100 of Ikes that I saved as a kid, I have went through them and noting of note. My Dad always made it a point to show me the difference between the two kinds of Bicentennial halves, but there is no real market for them I guess. I will hold them another 30 years Lord willing.

I'm doing OK finding error coins. Look your coins over for errors.
Lamination, Cuds, break through, Railroad, anything that looks weird, TONE (waiting for some to tell me TONE is not an ERROR

Errors, generally speaking, can sell for equal or more than MS62-63 with most of the ike series.
You have zero slabbing to deal with.
This month, sold 3 Toned, a gold plated, and a railroad for the net average profit of (about) 15.00 EACH

$17.95 + $2.95 was my best sale

The fish that got away was an offer of $100. for a railroad coin.
Had it listed at $140.00
He offered $100, I countered at $135.
No sale
But I still have my best Rail road.

Sweet part is ... paid a buck for all.

Good luck and sweet hunting.

Toning is not an error. Its basically environmental damage or a change to the coin's surface. Some feel toning enhances a coin's value, some feel toning reduced a coin's value. It doesn't really matter to me.

Error means mistake. The surface changing isn't a mistake. You can argue it devalues the coin as its condition has changed if you want, but toning isn't an error

And thanks again.

Note, My personal opinion is it increases the value,
at least with the coins I sell.

Good toning without question increases the value, it just looked like you had lumped toning in there from how it was worded.

Ikes are a very underrated series imo too

I'm stocking up while they a dirt cheap.
Get 'em at face.
Try to get small change for the ones that will sell at any profit,
Never take greasy stuff to the bank.
Buy stuff with that.
Hoard the BU
Pocket the .40, .90, .999
Keep the best errors ... (or) offer them at very high prices,
Hold and wait. Let the money flow to me.

Enjoy what comes !

Domain555 I was simply making a sarcastic remark about the fact that I enjoy collecting Ikes and can't remember ever selling any of mine though I am sure at some point when I upgrade some I will.

I agree with Merc Man, selling Ike's does not compute with me.

I've saw Ikes for $3.50 at flea markets. You should be able to sell a bunch of them as long as you still make money after fees.
