Nobody guessed this one correctly. NGC graded this F15. This coin looks really good in hand with great patina. I am learning it is getting harder and harder to find these at a decent price in a problem free slab.

Sure it's a VF20, the cost of re-submitting makes no sense though and having it as a very strong F15 is fine too (pun intended). Bust Half Dimes and dimes are especially tough to grade because so many of them were struck with XF level detail, particularly on the reverses. I've seen coins very similar to the OP's piece that grade 35 or even better.
