Looks like a doubled die. But I don't know what system you are using to ID the die that made your coin?

I found this on coppercoins, minus the LMC IN the number.

So 2004P-1DO-052...looks similar. Did you match up any die markers? There are tons of 2004 DDR's..but that has more doubling than most of them. Nice find.

The one listed on coppercoins only shows the picture of the memorial, it says no die markers found due to the condition of the coin used.

It does look like a match as the bars are on both sides of the bay.
