Who are these people?

Are they reliable?

Why are they able to sell so close to SPOT SILVER?

Too good to be TRUE?

Provident is a major bullion dealer in Dallas, I buy all my silver from them, ASE, Libertads, Panda and Philharmonics. They are affiliated with a U.S. Mint AP so they get U.S. bullion at AP prices, the rest, they buy in bulk and sell large quantities. Unlike APMEX, their shipping is reasonable.
