I think it would still qualify as a G4, and valued at approximately $60-80.

G-4 but the date is much better than most in that grade. $60 is a steal, more likely $80+

I agree with G4 and a nice coin for the grade as there's no sign of corrosion (common) and it's a nice even strike which is also an issue sometimes with these early cents.
