No it is not a DD.It is a plating issue or a worn die.Coop can tell you for sure.

Looks like gas under the plating is affecting the date side of the coin. If you are looking at the side facing the rim, it is Die Deterioration. The plating makes it hard to tell what you are showing on date. But here are a couple examples of Die Deterioration.

MD= Machine Doubling. Hard to tell from the image if it is that.

I think that's more MD, try to imagine not seeing the lower area, if you just focus on the properly struck part of the lettering, it looks a lot thinner than it should be. It works best on the r, the first vertical line looks a lot thinner than normal when you only focus on the well struck area.

That appears to be machine damaged, or Longacre doubling. Either way they aid no premium as a doubled die.

Correct term:
Doubled die. The hubbing on a doubled die created a doubled die, thus all coin coins struck with that die will show the hub doubling.
