I don't expect many people to guess this one right...as I am terrible at photographing these type of tiny coins, and accurately getting the luster and surface quality. Anyways, it is loaded with original crust, and mottled toning, with some luster beneath.

Hard from the photos for sure. I'll settle at XF-40 (But possibly higher).

That's a nice coin John! I see lots of original luster under the crustiness :-)

Hammer reverse strike! Obverse slightly weak but commensurate with grade.

NGC graded this MS-62. From the pictures, I would have guessed AU as well....as it is difficult to see the luster, and weak strike issues are easily viewed as wear. There is some mint luster on the devices, which is why I think NGC went to a MS grade on this....but it certainly isn't a strong 62.

I was thinking a low end MS coin before I scrolled down - this is a real original beauty! Nice coin - super grade!
