Which 90% silver coins will be worth a premium in the future, which are generally not now?

Here are a few of my thoughts:
If you look in the junk bin at you LCS, you can generally get Mercury dimes for the same price as Roosevelt dimes. I think this will change one day.

1948 and 1949 Franklin halves are low mintage, and easy to
distinguish as a separate class, in the same way as pre '21 Morgans are.

Walking Liberty and Franklin halves that are fairly nice will one day be worth more than '64 Kennedys

I agree with you. That's why I always pick up any Barber coinage for scrap and always prefer Mercury dimes and walking liberty's over Roosevelt's and Franklin's and Kennedy's.

Agreed. I have a love for the look and feel of Franklins. However, I often see 30's and 40's quarters and halves sold at same price as Kennedy halves.

It is about supply and demand, and naturally the older ones as more and more get collected, melted, will eventually no longer be called "junk" silver.

I think it depends on how many collectors will be around in 10-20 years. When they diminish I think that more coins will get melted as there will be little use for them besides hoarding.

Man I am no expert here but I've been buying 64 Kennedys for near melt, nice coin near perfect uncirculated because everyone put them away. They were only made for a year and come with some sad but interesting history. All over the world Kennedy will never be forgotten. The 90% silver coin was just for one year.
Please don't take this as advise, just some thoughts.

I 'dig' the renaissance coinage from the teens through the '40s.

Those and Barbers especially the quarters.
When I listen to LED ZEPPELIN...so do my neighbors...
Roll hunting since '77
Dirt fishing since '72
