A little tricky to grade because the softness of the picture and lack of detail with the hair curl/ribbon.  Some details look more like EF, but I suspect overall it's in AU territory.

I would grade this EF-40 because the ribbon is slightly separated from the hair curl and diamond is worn in this area. Also there seems to be something minor going on with the surface. But all in all, of course, a really nice coin.

Depending on a better picture I could be strict and say EF-45 due to hair & ribbon, spots, etc...but the feathers look ok so it might just be a soft strike AU coin.
