I just purchased this coin. I took a gamble on blurry pics, but I didn't spend too too much on it. What grade would you put on it based in the seller pics? I'll get better pics once I have it in hand. How much would risk with these pics?

Could be a slider, might come in as easily AU-58 as MS-63. The little bit of high point friction that'd knock it out of the MS category would be impossible to see in these photos.

I agree, it does look to have a some prooflike quality going on.

I agree with chasingtailbar. The fields are quite scratched up which limits it to a 62 (Based on these pictures, of course).

You all crazy, never grade a coin by a photo, photos can be doctored to make the coin appear better. When purchasing a coin by a photo never spend more than you can afford. I know its difficult its a huge risk purchasing ungraded coins. Its bad enough when you purchase a graded coin and they appear to be a lower grade and it was given a high grade.

That's fine, leave all the good scores from bad photos by sellers to me.

That's part of the fun of it. Yeah, you take a risk in the images hiding something, but you could also be pleasantly surprised. I try not to spend more than the coin would be worth in the lowest grade I can guess from the pics. I pegged this coin at a 62/63, possibly with a PL. I spent a tad more than I would have spent on an AU. I didn't actually think I would win it as I figured it would go for quite a bit more than I expected. I'm ready to get it in hand to see what I actually bought. Keep the guesses coming. I like to see what everyone puts the coin at from blurry pics.

Wow...MS63. How much did you have to pay for it?

I'd pay 62 money for it. Fairly clean cheek, can't tell if the scratch near her jaw is deep or not. Looks like it might just be the lighting making it worse than it really is. Same with the one behind her neck/below the cap.
Looks like it has some mirror to it in the fields.
I'd wager you're a winner on this one, especially at AU money.
