People posting a coin and "selling" it for a way more than it's real value, then posting another one, usually better quality, shortly after. They hope that someone who's not totally familiar with the standard price just uses the "sold" ebay items as a guide and then get taken for a ride. Maybe what's going on here. If so, it's an R5+ , I'm seeing the lines behind the head and it looks like the reverse is very close, though tough call on a coin this worn and damaged.
