Judging by the amount of wear, it looks like it fooled plenty of people. Either that, or it got extra circulation like a hot potato.

Same variety is listed on page 629 of Overton's 3rd edition.

Most are made of german silver (Cu/Zn/Ni).

Although most are mis-classified of their alloys within this contemporary counterfeit group.

Currently no real leadership ... IMO since Davignon ... faded away.

Hard to tell for certain due to the wear, but possibly Riddell No. 466?
