Now that I got several albums full just missing that tricky 1909 S VDB. I have been more interested in finding a good error coins over any keydate coin. I am slowly building my error collection. I was wondering what is your favorite ones you found? I know there are websites with top 50 and coneca top 100 etc, but I am most interested in CFF member top picks. Not necessary the most valuable or wanted onesLooking for favorites that are findable "error" or "variety coins....That I can try to find. Could Be Anything RPM, DDO, DDR, Cud, OMM, DMM & ETC I guess in addition Cuds, chips, die cracks, dropped letters, Machine Doubling, filled-dies, BIE's, clashed dies and lamination errors it could be any year so maybe just the type. THESE ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITES THAT I HAVE (NOTE: I HAVE NOT BEEN COLLECTING TO LONG YET) I got a few 2x2 100 boxes filled so far mostly, BIE, die cracks, chips and minor things. Each find no matter how small a find it is. Is still fun... 1922 No D Die #2 1954-S S/S rpm #4 1955 DDO 5/5 Poormans 1960-D Small Over Large Date 1970-S/S North 1995 Doubled Die Obverse 1997 Doubled Ear DDO

1972 DDO - Die 2 1988-P RDV-006 2000 WAM (6) 1998 WAM1955 Poor Man's Double Die (not sure exactly how many of these I've found ). In addition to this, I have found at least three Cuds, (two of which I sold on ebay for nearly $20 each). I've got a bunch of die chips, clips, major greasers, laminations; you name it!

thx Rollsearcher37, the 2000 WAM is a fun coin to look for. I bet you got a bunch of 1955 poor mans double dies with extra stuff like also having die chips, etc.

#5 a German dollar sized coin 40's or 50's with a doubled die obverse as strong as a US 1955 cent. This is also my only regret for selling it. #4 1988 D RDV 006 There seems to be a theme here. #3 1983P-1DR-001 #2 1995D-1DO-003 #1 This is gonna surprise you. I think I'll come back later.

I just had to bookmark this thread as it will take me a day or two to pick out the best 5 error cents, make that four as my Avatar is one of the five, a 2003-D quad-strike, all die struck with no uni-strikes, purchased in late 2003...
