G6. to me it appears to have been lacquered and later cleaned to attempt to remove it. Lets see some comments from some folks who have handled more than I have

Is that a Cud above the S of states and O in of? Is a second Cud above the E and R in America?

Seems to have the circular die crack similar to the 1820 variety (I forget the id number).
