It looks XF-45, but the glare on the devices and lack of luster in the fields make me wonder if it has been lightly cleaned....could go either way, but wouldnt be surprised at a details grade.

The head looks cleaned so I'd give at at XF DETAILS grade. Still a nice coin.

Here is the NGC grade:

1895-O-Barber-Quarter,-You-Vs.-NGC

I agree with those of you who thought it looked cleaned. The marks on the obverse do make me think it has been cleaned in the past, but I still like the overall look of this one so I have no plans to upgrade it. I do think that if it were cracked out and resubmitted to a TPG it would have a good chance of ending up in a details slab.
